REQUIRE MY DOCTOR - WHERE'S MY CLIENT ID?

I recently was given a invoice from my doctor and it obviously states that I need a client ID to complete the payment. However, I can't seem to find this ID anywhere. I've examined my documentation thoroughly but it's just not there. Should anyone help me on how to get this client ID so I can settle my bill? Veradigm's Pay My Doctor Feature Ver
